What’s changing?
BCQ and Redrok are coming together under one unified brand – Pollards. From 31 March 2026, all services – creative, digital, print, merchandise, clothing and fulfilment – will be delivered under this one name, making Pollards the only brand delivery partner you need.
What happens to BCQ and Redrok?
Both brands will become Pollards on 31 March 2026. While our names may change the expertise and capabilities stay the same – just more connected and streamlined for a better client experience.
What happens to 63?
Our creative team at 63 will continue to operate as 63, maintaining its position as a strategic creative partner for Pollards clients.
Why is Pollards rebranding?
Because we’re bringing creative, print, merchandise, clothing and fulfilment together to create a more connected, seamless brand delivery experience, we wanted to mark this evolution with a fresh new Pollards brand identity. A new brand that becomes known for doing more to help brands grow stronger and people achieve their potential.

In terms of financial matters, our trading entity and bank details remain the same as BCQ Solutions Limited, so no changes are required at this stage.

No, you’ll still be working with the same great people you know and trust. Our rebrand is about giving you more and making your Pollards experience even better.
Are your services changing?
Our core services remain the same as always offered across the Pollards Group, previously fulfilled by BCQ, Redrok and 63. Now coming together as Pollards they are more closely connected so that we can deliver an integrated and consistent service.
What does this mean to live projects?
There will be no disruption to any work, agreements or service. This is a change for the better.
Where will Pollards be based?
Again, no change here. All our sites remain open, that’s in Exeter, Plymouth, Buckingham and Milton Keynes. We’re proud that majority of our services are delivered in-house across our UK sites, allowing us to stay close to the detail and fully accountable for the outcome.
What does ‘One partner. Seamless delivery’ actually mean?
It means bringing together all our services across creative, print, merchandise, clothing and fulfilment, so that they work as one connected experience for you. Instead of managing multiple suppliers to fulfil individual tasks, you have one partner, Pollards, delivering consistently across every touchpoint.
Will anything change for BCQ, Redrok, Pollards and 63 colleagues?
Absolutely not, other than an email change! We know that our people are what makes Pollards great. Operating as one team and business will bring more opportunities for development, making this change great for clients and colleagues alike.
